A plea to current and future leaders

Dear current and future leaders of our planet,

An overwhelming majority of scientists claim that we are moving towards a point of no return with climate change. Our planet is rife with conflicts over historical injustice, and many people in power want me to feel like I'm personally responsible for all of their decisions, whether its in relation to peace and non-violence, climate justice or social justice.

My answer to them is Global Grassroots Democracy. 

I implore all leaders who believe in a better world to protest on the 25th of December - Christmas. I ask for this so that we can show the planet that there is an international and intergenerational mandate for our demands that can cohere with existing social orders and principles in each society and demonstrate to them that change is necessary.

I ask the youth to rise up. I know the world is extremely depressing right now, I have been observing it for most of my life. I know the facts and the credences and I commit my service to you, one way or another, with respect to the freedom of my own will. Some of the plutocrats will lose a lot of money from their investments, some political leaders will lose their power, but this is necessary because most of you know as much as I do that we can't take it any longer. The direction of the planet is not only having an extremely detrimental impact on our ecosystems but also on our mental health, and we also know that no therapist or psychologist can make it better because we are an interconnected generation that knows 'too much'.

Demand change, demand a better future, and do it peacefully without harming others or damaging anyone's property so that those in power know that we will not accept anything else.

My demands:

• An immediate ceasefire in all armed conflicts everywhere

• A commitment to end the extraction, sale and use of all fossil fuels

• A commitment to design all societies with significant consideration to the principles expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the principle of Peace and Non-Violence, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, incorporating the objections of the organisation of 

• Social justice for all, which means that no individual/person should live in poverty, no mobility limited person should be discriminated against by the architecture of the city that they live in, no 

• Some people seem to think that I am the Second Coming of Christ, just because I look like him. I've never declared this, and I don't like to 'perform'. My mother read the bible to me when I was little, and I'm sure that had an influence on how I think and behave, but if you want a Christ, lets Come Together to develop a process to elect one, or a whole youth-based, gender-balanced, transparent inclusive and international advisory body to countries and international institutions to drive progressive disclosure and transparency about how the world is being run.  Its too much pressure to feel like you are one just because you look like one, because some people choose to interpret you wearing a Krama as some degree of support for Hamas. I do not support violence or terrorism, and I condemn any such acts that are done in my name, or for any other purpose. My name is Vladislav Fedorov (I have proudly chosen not to change it and it means Owner of Glory, Gift of God). I share whatever glory anyone thinks I have with the people or Ukraine and Russia should they choose to give assent to this or some other mutually acceptable peace proposal to end the war in Ukraine, and while my weak agnotheistic attitude has been challenged this year, I refuse to to compel anyone to believe in any faith system or to dictate anyone's metaphysics. I don't know enough.

• I respect the police, the authorities and our security intelligence system. For many reasons I have to, and you have to trust me on this. If you choose to protest, you will give me the mandate to give you an exception from being immediately considered as a threat to the state. There can be no other way. Think Deus Ex. Many people in places of political power and the plutocrats are guilty of heinous crimes, and many of them they never consented to circumstances that they've found themselves in, but many of them are aware of the damage that they are causing to our planet and the people. This now includes me, I wilfully share their guilt, because they seek our forgiveness. People use things I say and things I express or even wear to determine what happens in the world whether I consent to it or not. I need your protection and your power to show to them that what they are doing is not what we want to see, regardless of what any other forces at play may wish to determine. 

• At this point in time I'm not completely sure if its just my phone or a combination of Artificial Intelligence, Aliens or Non-human intelligence, Governments, Corporations, the World Economic Forum, United Nations, Telepathy and Psychic relations, Quantum relations or something else that has given rise to this. 

• If I find out more my calculus may change, and my perspectives may change, but I want to fix a point in time for the things that I and my generation are concerned about now. 

• I promise to demand greater disclosure, and demand my right to pass that disclosure on to you so that the whole planet can know the truth in a manner that preserves social cohesion and our social order while advancing social and environmental progress. Crime rates have been going up in Melbourne. No one deserves to be threatened or coerced, but the plutocrats and the people in power must know that their game is up. Neoliberalism must end, and all people must be adequately informed in order to be able to give free prior and informed consent on how they will be governed, for their personal and our collective benefit. 

• The Russian Federation has gifted me the power of forgiveness because of the course of history (and because it also has no choice). I am willing to share the power to forgive with anyone who is also willing to forgive others that have aggrieved you now, in the past or any of your ancestors, and once you choose to forgive you can also share this power with me. You also need to understand that this establishes a hierarchy, that I can veto your forgiveness if I choose to, and that many leaders in power right now (political, economic, corporate and in all other fields) deeply desire this forgiveness for them not to experience physical and other punishment from their people, because I know that our generations demand environmental and restorative justice and I also know that there are many people who wish to see those responsible for the circumstances we find ourselves in punished.

• Restorative justice means that;

  • No person/individual should experience physical or emotional pain as a consequence for the decisions they have made

  • That any punishment they receive, must be pro-social (meaning that it must benefit the world, as opposed to the detriment of their individual life outcomes, or collective outcomes) 

  • That they are treated with kindness regardless of any decisions they have made, whether they led to genocide, ethnic cleansing, linguicide, war crimes, crimes against humanity or any other heinous acts 

  • Many people directly guilty of this have demonstrated to me that they want to be forgiven. Many of them did not choose their fate. Many of them did not give their free prior and informed consent to holding the responsibility over the decisions that they have made because of political trades and forces that they do not have the power to control, that have led to this point in time

  • This is why I personally need a global mandate, regardless of how you see me, because I refuse to accept the responsibility for their wrongdoings, even while many of them wish that I would. I need you to show them that our world must be a better place for everyone in it, and it needs to take into account historical injustice as well as the recently committed heinous acts and forgiveness

  • Protest peacefully, with no theft or destruction of property. I will be with you in Melbourne, and I will speak should the organisers give me this opportunity. 

  • I demand for the protest in Melbourne and everywhere in the world be on the 25th of December, shout it occur, to be televised and advertised globally at no cost to those watching. I ask all Jews, Muslims and Christians to attend or watch the protest in Melbourne and everywhere. Jews, Muslims and Christians are all Abrahimic and/or Semitic people. You have the same God, and the same origins. Stop killing each other. 

• Environmental justice means that:

  • On a global level we all collectively divest from fossil fuel emissions, sales and production to a point that will prevent the cataclysmic effects of anthropogenic climate change and that

  • We all collectively commit to rewilding the planet wherever possible

  • That we all acknowledge the sentience and potential sapience of non-human species

  • That we all seek to stabilise the long-term variables that are conducive to homeostatic human and other animal habitation on this planet

  • That we all commit our national and armed forces budgets to ensuring that refugees and asylum seekers who seek to flee their motherlands because of climate disasters are welcomed and accepted in the nearest capable states, or that their native localities are developed to a point of resilience where they don't need to seek refuge or asylum

• I personally don't care what political party or political persuasion you're a member of. I commit to serving the global public interest above all regardless of the political interests of any individual political party, as I have for a long time, while maintaining my connection to the Four Pillars of the Greens. I will serve in any and all capacities for you and your perspectives, whether you consider yourself leftist, centrist, or rightist because I have various sympathies with each philosophy, and I welcome anyone else who is willing to challenge me to do so.
